Blake Build acted with professionalism, diligence and were highly considerate. We were regularly updated and asked to make key decisions along the way, with clear explanations. The team are well connected cross-trade, and ensured some were on site (supervised) daily which helped with timescales. They are also very tidy where possible. Lower ground extension and remodel
Blakebuild came in to do a ground floor structural remodel and extension on our house. They were professional, responsive and diligent throughout. Timeframes for the work that were forecast at the start of the project were kept to (which was appreciated as our work took around 5 months) and we were kept updated and consulted throughout. Really pleased with the result- its transformed how we live in and enjoy our house.
Kitchen extension
Blake build were beyond amazing! Even from the quoting stage, we were given detailed breakdowns, schedule and every bit of advice. Reece, Chris, Aaron, Jack and Jimmy were great to work with, friendly, considerate and methodical with their work even making sure that the whole site was tidy every day! The level of detail and professionalism was amazing and perfection is standard! Above all though, was the advice and suggestions that made our kitchen greater than expected, even better than what had been planned from the architects. We are beyond happy with the whole build from start to finish!
Garage conversion to a home office and garden landscaping
Reece, Chris and the team did an excellent job for me on both projects. Initially, they were only brought in to do the garage conversion but as I was impressed with their work, I had them do some landscaping, which now looks fantastic. The standard of the workmanship was first class throughout and the team were always professional and courteous. Have already recommended to friends and would definitely use again.
